Early-stage Project Bankability Assessment

Review the proposed project features and conduct an early-stage commercial, contractual and financing risk analysis to assess the Project’s bankability. Identification of potential mitigants and structural enhancements to make sure the project can attract the necessary financing. Preliminary market soundings to assess the level of interest from prospective lenders and/or equity partners, including the likely financing terms. Guidance on suitable capital structure and sources of funds to maximise prospects of successful financial close and to fulfil sponsor objectives.
